EPPERSON MOUNTAINEERING | LARGE CLIMB PACK

To be honest, this is not a real review. More a little film how we see the Climb Pack from Epperson Mountaineering.

The 45x33x15 cm (18” X 13” X 6”) Climb Pack is a great rucksack. Like every pack from EM, the Climb Pack looks like straight from the 70s and that’s what’s so special about it. They look and feel authentic without any bells and whistles. Just how a climbing pack shout be. The fabric is made of heavy 1000 denier Cordura nylon and resign any platic buckles.
The pack has some great details like camouflage paracord and the oldschool metal buckles and it features a lot of small pockets for you edc, some with two-way YKK zippers. Every pack comes with a large carabiner.

One downside is a missing back cushioning. There is only the nylon between you and what’s inside the pack and 22 liters of capacity are for a grown man a bit small. Would be great if EM would work on a 30 liter version but I guess the current collection is not the end of the line.

Overall I love the Climb Pack and it’s tough to resist not to buy one in every color.
