Ryu is a Vancouver-based brand that is specialized in building apparel for modern athletes. Their Outlayr Insulated Pullover refelects Ryu’s unterstaded and slick design with a technical twist.
The Pullover has a quarter zip front, a kangaroo pocket with invisible zipper access, a security pocket inside the kangaroo pocket that keeps your phone protected and separate from keys. Inner sleeve cuff keeps cold air out and side seam zippers to add ease to getting in and out.
The Pullover is a great, lightweight top for cooler climates. When zipped up, the collar covers the entire neck which removes the need for a scarf. The polyester fiber insulation gives it likeable warming properties to down but can be machine washed. The side zips are designed to make it easy to put on and take off the top, but can also be opened when worn to ventilate the body.
It comes with a stuff sack that it can be packed into for travelling without taking up too much room. It has a tailored design so fits snug to the body without having a ‘baggy’ look.
